Locker - 300mmH x 300mmW x 500mmD / 600mmH x 300mmW x 500mmD
Lease Period - Commencement: January Expiry: November of the same year.
Charges - 1200/6 TIER SMALL LOCKER @ S$25.00 per year exclusive a combi-padlock.
600/1 TIER BIG LOCKER @ S$35.00 per year exclusive a combi-padlock.
Combi-padlock @ S$5.00 each. Usage of other padlock on the Locker is not allowed
Payment - Please made cash or cheque to be made payable to “PROSPEC (FAR EAST) PTE
LTD” (please indicate your name, class & school at the back of the cheque)
Use of Locker - Strictly for storage purpose only
Termination - This agreement shall automatically be invalid upon expiry or early cancellation by User.
Terms & Conditions
. User is not allowed to store materials of obnoxious, dangerous or explosive nature which may contravene any local law statue or regulations in the Locker .
User is not to vandalise, damage or abuse the Locker.
Damages that can be traced back to the User’s activities will be charged to User accordingly. Usage of Locker is at User’s own risk.
Owner shall not be liable for any claims whatsoever arising from loss or damage to the User’s belongings/property.
User will be subjected to the school rules & regulation with regards (R&R) to usage of the locker. Any user caught flouting the R&R repeatedly, may be suspended from using the locker (without refund), for a period of 3 days to 14 days or longer as may be deem proper by the school’s authority.
Important Notice
User must remove all items/belongings *(Only those who want to renew, please leave your padlock on the locker) from the Lockers by 15th November.
Owner shall reserve their rights to discard any items found in the Locker after 15th November. Renewal applicant must submit this form together with payment by 31st December through mail.
No refund will be allowed once Locker is assigned to User.
